Local Hotel and Serviced Apartment Corporate Rates

London Business School has agreed corporate rates with a number of local hotels, valid for the 2012 calendar year, as detailed below. London Business School corporate rates are available to all members of the School Community.
Individual bookings must be made direct with each individual hotel, using the contact telephone number provided. To secure the preferred corporate rate, please ensure that you clearly state the London Business School rate when booking.
All bookings are subject to availability only, and are bound by the terms and conditions in effect at each hotel.
Should a booking be made online, or via a third party booking agent, the terms and conditions of the rate booked, or the booking agent, will be applicable. Various internet advertised rates may not be available year round, and may also not include some of the corporate rate package elements such as breakfast, or internet access.
Group booking terms and conditions will apply to block reservations, in particular in relation to cancellation timeframes.

The School also has a partnership agreement with Refresh Accommodation for the provision of short term serviced apartment rentals. These are offered through a simple booking process, with reservations being possible from 1 night or more. Rates are typically in line with our corporate hotel partners, with the added benefit of increased living space, and a comprehensive range of domestic facilities available.
